I've spent my career working on digital products and experiences, starting out in video games before moving into education, EdTech and eventually product management.
Over the years I've worked across apps, websites, games and learning products, taking ideas from early concepts through to launch and then continuing to improve them once they're out in the world. A big part of what I do is understanding what people actually need, where they're getting stuck and what we can do to make their experience better. I use a mix of customer feedback, research and data to help make those decisions, working closely with developers, designers, content, marketing and other teams to bring them to life.
My background is a little unconventional, but that's something I really value. I've worked in QA, production and product management, across everything from AAA games and children's educational products to subscription apps and content-led platforms. It's given me experience of looking at a product from lots of different angles and, most importantly, making sure we're building something that's genuinely useful for the people using it.
I'm particularly drawn to products that help people in some way, whether that's learning something new, improving their wellbeing or just making something complicated a little easier.

I adore games in all forms and I'm an advocate of using games as an effective tool in not only creating an engaging interactive medium but also teaching valuable skills and as a storytelling device.
I have managed small to large projects over multidisciplinary teams globally, keeping everyone working together as one team. I have also taken complete ownership as a product manager, ensuring the needs of customers and clients are both met.
Everyone has a story to tell, it's great teaching and communication tool. I believe any narrative can be brought to life with the right approach that will engage and enthrall the audience.
I have great experience working to devise and plan a digital strategy, to not only keep up with current trends and anticipate what will be the next "big thing" but also ensure that your product is future-proof.
My time working in QA has allowed me to develop an extraordinary eye for detail whilst upholding quality and standards across all areas of production. I'm the last line of defence to ensure your product is of the highest quality before reaching the customer.
I'm a kinesthetic learner, so I like to be hands-on when it comes to interacting with the day-to-day world and how it responds to me. The UX experience of course is an important factor in design, however, I feel it is just as important to think about how the user will/might react to it.
